Introduction

In this and all other documents the wording Clark Property Services, may be reduced and abbreviated to CPS,
CPS has the right to change, add or subtract any content within these documents and within the CPS website without
giving notice. Also CPS has the right to change or cease services as it feels fit to do so without notice,
any outstanding credit would be credited to other services or reimbursed at the discretion of CPS,
CPS have the right to increase service charges at its discretion,
Notice of any changes would be sent to all members and listed on the CPS website.

Notes:
1) We take no responsibility for cash or other goods lost in the post.
2) Non Payment of any kind will be dealt with via the French Legal System.

Emergency Call Out

This Service is open to all Members and Non Members,
The Client (person) asking for the emergency call out must be the Property Owner to qualify for the service.
And be in possession of a mobile phone able to transmit and receive text messages.
We will endeavor to correct any emergency problem to the best of our ability but can't be held liable
for any further damage caused.
Any extra expenses incurred for materials extra labour etc. will be passed on to the client. please view Maintenance Work
for additional service terms and conditions, which are relevant to the emergency call out service,
Payments must be made as soon as possible in the form of a euro cheque or cash and sent to
CPS. 22 Port de Couze, Avenue d’Aquitaine, Lalinde, 24150 France.

Property Check Service

This Service is open to all Members and Non Members,
The Client (person) asking for property checks out must be the Property Owner to qualify for the service.
All property checks will be carried out as and when CPS decide, and CPS can not be held responsible for
failing to arrive at a property, unless an arranged date has been agreed by both parties.
We can not be held responsible for damage, loss or injury to persons or property whilst or after we have
check a property, the property check is only a basic evaluations of the property at the time of the check,
and can not be use as a guarantee of good stead for the property.
It is sole responsibility of the owners for the safe upkeep and maintenance of the property at all times.



Mail Collection Service

This Service is open to all Members and Non Members,
All mail collections will be carried out as and when CPS decide, and CPS can not be held responsible for failing to collect
mail at a property, and/or failing to forward mail collected unless other arrangements have been agreed by both parties.
Any extra expenses incurred for materials, packaging of parcels, extra postage or/and extra labour etc.
will be passed on to the client.

Note:
This service is linked with our "property check service" anyone wishing for special mail to be collected would have to
request a single property check visit plus the mail collection service, we regret this but it would be uneconomical to
just collect mail for clients.

Key Holding Service

This Service is only available to Members,
All keys are held in a key safe, and under secure conditions, The key holding service is to allow us to access your
property at your request, to carry out property checks, and any other services you employ us to undertake.
Clients will be charged for any other extra services, i.e. Opening the house and babysitting trade persons
working in your home, or delivering keys to trade persons business address, etc.

Gardening Services

This Service is open to all Members and Non Members,
All gardening work is charge by the hour for labour, minimum of one hour labour and then by increments of half an hour
thereafter, unless other special payment arrangements have been agreed by both parties.
Quotations of man hours (time) to carry out tasks are liable to adjustment by either increasing or decreasing,
to bring into line with actual time taken.
Extra charges may apply when the use of special machinery is used, and/or hired for/or on your behalf, CPS have he right to
pass on any additional costs.
CPS have the right to refuse to use customers own machinery if they feel it is dangerous and /or unworthy for the task in hand.

Maintenance Work

This Service is open to all Members and Non Members,
Because of the many permutations of costs and labour, all new work must be surveyed and cost work out,
before CPS can commit to any pricing, CPS may be forced under special circumstances to amended or increase
any estimates, quotations or written bills, to accommodate for any unforeseen circumstance and/or costs incurred
this may includes any accidental damage by CPS. All emergency work needed to be carried out will be surveyed and priced at the time of the emergency visit to the property to save time.

Holiday Start Up Service

This Service is only available to Members,
CPS would expect clear access to both sides of the beds where possible, the price for making beds will not include,
moving furniture or other objects in order to gain access to the beds, laundry would be collected at convenient
time to coincided with service visits in that area, or your next service visit, and returned on the next service visit
to the area, CPS reserve the right to refuse soiled bedding and towels or add an additional charge to cover
extra laundry costs plus time and labour. Whilst switching on or off any utility services, or any electrical appliances,
CPS would expect all devices i.e. taps, switches, levers, etc. to be in good working order, and take no responsibility
for failure of any sort, we have the right to refuse to switch on or off any service taps, switches or other devices
which we feel may incur damage or injury to people or property. We can not be held responsible for any appliances or service utilities that we switch on or off on your behalf,
it is the owners responsibility to maintain all such devices.
